401k Retirement Plan
- Participation open after completing 30 days employment
- You can contribute up to $15,500.00 for 2009
- You may stop your contributions anytime
- You can increase or decrease the amount of your contributions at the beginning of any month
- If you have an existing retirement plan with a prior employer, you may transfer or roll over that account into the plan at any time
- Employer matching contribution is an amount equal to 50% of your before-tax contributions, up to the first 3% of pay you contribute
- Fully vested in all Employer contributions after 5 years of service
